St. Leonard's
House

This three storey, and a basement, residential facility
was designed to be ‘home’ to 30 chronicaly homeless
individuals. Working in close conjunction with the
Board of St. Leonard’s House this 14 apartment facility
provides unique living environments that promote social
spaces or living rooms in which they can interact.
Other features of
this facility include the main administrative offices,
reception area, numerous programme spaces, new dining
roon and renovated kitchen.
All living and interaction
spaces are centered around an interior Town Hall
which is a three storey glazed rotunda looking into
each floor level and reflects a graciously landscaped
courtyard.
