Situated in the hub of the Niagara Region along the
banks of a wooded creek, Wes-Li is a planned retirement
community on a 22 acre site.
The project is the
result of a Reinders Group team effort with Pro Urban
Developments leading the development, Maple Engineering & Construction
constructing the site services and roads, and Reinders
+ Rieder Ltd. under-taking the site plan development,
architectural,
engineering, site servicing and landscape design.
The community was
developed in phases with phase 1 offering 40 townhouse
condominiums in a variety of floor plans and styles.
The total development offers over 150 units and includes
a recreation centre.
