Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was commissioned by Maple Engineering & Construction Canada Ltd. to provide a full range of design services including architectural, structural, landscape and site plan design. Reinders + Rieder Ltd. also completed site inspections and reviews throughout construction.

The site has been developed to hold a plant of approximately 700,000 s.f. Phase One of the construction included 300,000 s.f. of which, 71,000 s.f. was office space. Phase Two will build out the remaining 400,000 s.f. of plant space.
