NTN Bearing Corporation

NTN Bearing is one of the world’s largest bearing producers. With manufacturing plants throughout the world, NTN is a leading bearing supplier to both the industrial and automotive markets. NTN required a consolidation and upgrading of their Canadian Corporate Headquarters, and decided on a Mississauga location.

The project consists of a 52,000 sf storage and distribution warehouse, and 18,000 sf of corporate office and training facilities on two stories. The 2.6 acre site is in the Mississauga Gateway Industrial Park and was developed for Higgins Development Partners as a design/build project.

Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was responsible for architectural design, structural engineering and site engineering for this project.
