Voortman Office Tower

Voortman Cookies Inc. is a longstanding repeat
client of
Reinders
+ Rieder Ltd. Voortman needed
new and expanded office space; this project optimizes
Voortman’s excess lands, and provides new office
space for Voortman's administrative offices, on the
top floor.
The project consists
of a six storey office tower with basement. The
building is 74,000 sf, and is designed for a contemporary
look, using architectural precast panels and curtain
wall glazing.
Reinders
+ Rieder Ltd.
was retained as primary consultant, as well as
providing architectural, structural engineering
and civil engineering and interior design services
for this project. The project was completed in
December 2005.
