This project is a 45,000 sf (4,180 sm) retail plaza
in Orillia, Ontario. The building is part of a larger
plaza complex, and includes typical units of 5,000
sf. and larger end units of 15,000 sf. Tenants were
brought into the design during construction, with
tenant fit-up being incorporated during construction.
The project was
designed with classical motifs using modern materials,
creating an interesting and unique style.
