ACCO is an internationally know distributor of consumer products, notably office supplies. ACCO decided to undertake the design and construction of a new national headquarters. The facility includes a 175,200 sf warehouse complete with 1,550 sf of mezzanine area, 24,000 sf 2 storey office area and 21 dock loading doors.

The building is designed in steel frame with exterior pre-cast concrete wall panels at warehouse areas and a combination of strip glazing, curtain wall and architectural precast panels at the offices.
