Esso Avitat Facility & Hangar

Reinders + Rieder Ltd. designed, engineered and provided construction services for the Esso Avitat Executive Airport Terminal at Lester B. Pearson International Airport. The facility contains three main components:
- 1200 sm Flight arrival and departure
   terminal building for Esso’s corporate
   aviation clients
- 13,000 sm, 2 Bay Aircraft maintance
   hangar and servicing facilities
- Corporate offices and workshops
   for Esso’s aviation clients
The terminal brings many advantages to Esso and their clients. Corporate clients can expect speedy arrival and departure processes and excellent air-side visibility from the lounge. Aircraft maintenance and servicing operations are facilitated on site in the adjacent hangar building and the Esso aviation group is provided with “hands on” exposure to day to day operations.

The main building components are prefinished metal cladding, glazing, structural steel framing, precast concrete floors and roof.
