Thompson Terminals and Schenker Logistics - Higgins Development

Higgins is a large and well known developer based in Chicago and active in the Greater Toronto Area. They decided to expand into the Peel Region with the construction of two warehouse facilities of 300,000 and 400,000 sf on adjacent sites in northern Brampton. Reinders + Rieder Ltd. provided architectural, structural and civil engineering services for the design, approvals and construction review of these two buildings.

After construction, tenants were secured for both buildings, Thomson Terminals Ltd. and Schenker Logistics. Reinders also provided architectural services for the tenant fit-up for both tenants.
