Investors Group is a large financial organization offering a wide range of financial services to the public. In order to expand service in the Brampton area, Investors Group undertook the construction of a new office/service facility. The site is a highly visible corner lot, part of an existing strip mall along Highway 10 in south Brampton.

Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was retained to offer architectural, structural and civil engineering services for this new building. The building is a single storey, comprised of 710 sm of office space and constructed to accommodate a future second storey.

The project was built as a Design/Build project with Maple Engineering & Construction Canada Ltd. as Contractor.
