A new 26,000 square foot elementary school located on a 9 acre site in the North Burlington area.

The building is a single storey educational facility with a large gymnasium attached. This is the first phase building accommodating 250 students. The second phase has been designed conceptually so that the completed school will serve 450 students. The building's exterior design is residential in nature to blend into the surrounding conservation area setting. Large windows with low sills for the easy viewing are utilized throughout the design.

The site is in a newly developed area of Burlington. This area has poor public water pressure because the surrounding infrastructure is not scheduled for updating for another five years. The resulting design included an oversized water main and sprinklers for the building to overcome this site constraint.
