Subsequent to adoption of Reinders + Rieder Ltd's Masterplan, Redeemer undertook plans for an expansion and renovation of their main academic building. This project included a major 25,000sf expansion and rennovation of Redeemers library, plus 31,000sf of new teaching space (classrooms and tiered lecture halls), additional administrative areas, meeting rooms, workrooms, computer room, and renovations to existing teaching and administrative spaces.

This project was very important to Redeemer, to meet its operational and functional requirements with an increasing enrolment and technological advances. The expansion reaches out towards the major street access to the campus and provides a strong visual signpost for Redeemer to the street. The style of the addition complements the existing campus, while projecting a dignified modernity.
