Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was appointed project managers for the property and campus
development of Redeemer University College located in Hamilton.
As project managers for this 31 hectare multi-million dollar post secondary
campus,
Reinders
+ Rieder Ltd. is responsible for zoning revisions, masterplanning, site analysis,
scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
The campus was designed to fit into the topography of the site and the
design concept of the academic complex was one where all areas be connected
by an internal two level street.
All facilities, departments, classrooms, library, science labs, auditorium
and meeting rooms are arranged according to their functions and relation to
each other.
