Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was commissioned to design a new 92 room facility for Best Western Hotel and Suites. It was ideally located on Highway 10, just minutes away from Lester B. Pearson International Airport as well as Brampton, downtown Mississauga and Toronto. The hotel contains conference and banquet facilities, a restaurant, an indoor pool which occupies the corner of the building close to the hotel entrance, with a corner whirlpool tub overlooking the landscaped patio. The pool change rooms also serve the sauna and adjoining fitness area.

RRL provided full architectural, structural and municipal design as well as contract administration during construction.
