After assisting the Church for almost three years looking at a variety of buildings to be renovated or green sites to be developed, RRL and the Church found a site on Markham Road overlooking the conservation lands near Progress Avenue.

A three phase masterplan was developed encompassing a total construction budget cost of $ 17.1 million. The first phase was the 1,700 seat Sanctuary with Main Foyer area and two storey administrative and Christian Education wing around it.

The Second Phase has the Sanctuaryexpanding to 2,500 seats by implementing a balcony and adding more Christian Education space to the south of the existing building. Also in the Second Phase is a Music suite for Choir and Recording performance as well as a Hospitality suite for guest pastors or missionaries.

The Third Phase includes a Fellowship Hall and Gymansium space including ancillary area to support these functions. The building is envisioned to be completed over the next five to seven years.
