This dynamic facility
was designed by RRL to accommodate the various diverse facets
of Pat Francis Ministries and Kingdom Covenant International.
The building is 220,000 sf in gross building area and includes
the following features:
• 3,000 seat Worship Centre that
can be
utilized as a Christian playhouse theatre
complete
with fly-tower.
• Christian Day School with ten classrooms,
teachers rooms,
library resource ctr. etc.
• Corporate Headquarters for PFM & KCI.
• Television Studio with Dance and
Rehearsal Suites.
• Cafeteria with Food Service Area.
• Double Gymansium with Change Rooms.
• Christian Education Wing with a variety of
Classrooms,
Youth Centre and lounge
facilities.
• Day Care Facility that is utilized as a
Children's Nursery
for weekend worship
services.
This project is currently in working
drawings and anticipated for a 2007 fall construction start.
