This 700 lot subdivision is located in the Town of Milton. All site works were completed in three phases over the period of three years. Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was involved in planning, design and construction of the municipal services including watermains, sewers and roadways.

In addition, a detailed storm water management analysis was carried out to optimize the control and discharge of storm water.
