Milton Truck and Bus (formerly B + B Automotive) is a bus repair and maintenance
facility. MTB required a new and consolidated facility to accommodate growth.
The new 34,000 sf facility is located in Milton, ON. and contains 26 repair bays,
spray booth, wash bay, fabrication and parts storage, offices, driver facilities,
and on-site parking for 50 buses.
Within two years, MTB undertook a 9,200 sf expansion, adding 6 more repair
bays.
Reinders + Rieder Ltd. was retained to provide architecture, structural
engineering, and site engineering services.
